How to check grammar in Word 2010- Different methods.

We use Microsoft Word to make our documents for business purpose and projects. When it is official we want them to be error free and also to have a correct grammar.

Method 1:

Step 1: Open Word 2010.

Step 2: Select Word options after clicking Recent documents.

Step 3: Select the proofreading tab and then "when correcting spelling and grammar in Word."

Step 4: Click on Settings.

Method 2:

Step 1: Select File and then Options.

Step 2: Click on Settings after Proofing.

Step 3: Check comma, punctuation, comma, and spaces between the word.
