Thumbnails is missing on media manager for win 7 edition

wazzup bloggers, I am using media manager for win 7 to browsed and organize all my files most specially pictures and videos. Why does some of the files where not able to show its thumbnails? Thanks!

If this is the first time that this happens when viewing some media on your machine, try restarting your computer then try it again. See if it’s still the same after rebooting. You should also check the file types of the media you are viewing. It’s possible that those files that don’t display their thumbnails don’t have valid thumbnail images to display.

If the media manager you are using on your Windows 7 is a third-party application and doesn’t come with Windows when you install the operating system, try reinstalling the program to restore it to its default configuration. Uninstall the program then restart your computer when asked. After booting, check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. Install it again then check if this fixes the problem.
