Contacts, photos, messages are also synced between devices

Once you have the PC suit software installed, all you just need to access the internet on your Nokia phone is to contact your mobile network service provider and ask them to send you the configuration settings for that particular mobile phone type and the line you are using. Usually there is a shortcut for that, whereby you send some message to the service providers using a certain number and then they will send you the settings in form of a message and then you will be required to accept the settings and save them on your phone.

Therefore just call the customer support of your mobile service provider and then inquire for the procedure that you will need to follow so as to get internet settings on your phone. They may ask you about the model of phone you are using so have that information ready.

You Nokia phone should have support for internet connection sharing or internet connection tethering. This will allow it to direct the internet traffic from the mobile phone itself to the computer. Make sure you have the latest Nokia PC Suite version installed in your computer. Open the Nokia PC Suite application and click on Connect To Internet which should be one of the icons displayed. Make sure GPRS is activated and connected in your mobile phone for this to work. Make sure you also have the mobile phone located in an area where the signal from the network is good. Most of the time the cable used to connect to the computer is quite short which may make it difficult for the mobile phone to get a good signal due to its location.
