Toshiba disc creator unexpected error

I have a Toshiba laptop and it comes with pre installed Toshiba software, I'm using its Toshiba disk creator until this error begins to show, can anyone fix this?

Don’t know where to download this software.

Toshiba disc creator unexpected error

Hi,
