I am working in an IT company. I require a software to manage as a helpdesk and provide solutions on demand when our clients require. Where can I download any free its helpdesk software from the internet?

Is There Any Free It Helpdesk Software?

There is much free software available but I would recommend going for a paid one as they are more reliable and only those provide the required features for a helpdesk ticketing system. The one that is being most used in the Atlassian company that can be downloaded from the link. It has several features and but its paid version. You can try a trial version for a limited time.
