Hi,

When I try to install Nero 7 Essentials, it shows an error message “To verify its compatibility with windows xp, the software that you are installing has not passed windows logo testing” as well as  “Contact your system administrator to install this software”.

Any one’s help is highly appreciated. Thanks

Hi,

The first way to resolve this is to go to Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs and remove all previous Nero data that you have installed. Try installing it again with the right ID and keycode( you get them from the Nero KeyGen, KeyGenerator).

If you complete this and it still shows the same error, the trouble is in your Windows.
To resolve this issue, you need to pass the Genuine Windows ID Test, so that you can confirm to Nero that your Windows has a License, since both are Microsoft products.
