How to get computer hardware user complaint form.

Hi all experts,

I have a desktop system using from last few years, recently I am facing a problem with the display of monitor. The monitor screen start fluctuate after 3-4 hours continuous use of system. I want to register one hardware complain for resolving monitors' screen problem. Can anyone guide me how to get computer hardware user complaint form so that I can file complain as soon as possible.

How to get computer hardware user complaint form.

Dear silver,

It’d be better if you mentioned the brand name of the monitor. Never mind, have a look of the manufacturer name of the monitor and go to the manufacturer web site and search for a complaint form. If they’ve a support team (usually they have) then there must be a complaint form for the users.

On the other hand I think it wouldn’t be a bad idea to buy a new one.
