IS APPLE SUED BY ONE OF ITS SHARE HOLDERS ???

This regards to Lawsuit filed by a shareholder of Apple. I will first give you a short description of the case. A shareholder of Apple Corporation went to court and filed a suit. The shareholder wanted Apple Corporation to share its surpluses to the shareholders. 

The shareholder argued that Apple was making a lot of money yet the shareholders were not benefiting. The management was holding back the profits instead of distributing dividends.

According to the shareholder David Einhorn, Apple was engaging in some cunning behavior at the expense of shareholders. This is despite the fact that Apple is recognized as one of the most profitable and valuable company in the world. The management of Apple was forced to have some meeting and deliberate on the matter whereby they promised to come up with an amicable solution.

David was also one time sued by the New Century financial corporation when he resigned as a director under unclear circumstances.

However it was found that he was innocent of any wrong doing.
