While retrieving a file I receive an error message which shows that an error exist in the XML document. How can I rid off from this error? If somebody knows the solution please let me know.

While retrieving a file I receive an error message

The software that you are using for XML should be easy to write and compatibility is also necessary with XML documents. If an error occurs XML document stops working. It may be possible that to create documents with errors. The main reason is that the HTML browsers are incompatible and so big but it should not be possible with XML.

You should check the configuration and settings of the browsers and servers that you are using. This may help to fix this issue or reinstall the XML software for the best effect.
