Upgrade my spare old iMac mxm graphics

I wish to upgrade my spare old imac mxm graphics and see if I could. I have 2009 model  core 2 dou aluminum. I want to know first if someone has done this without causing the mac to crash and if it’s good then please share more information to upgrade. Thanks!

As I found on internet no one upgraded your model of Mac. But no ones says it's impossible just no one ever tried it so there is no online help on how to do it.
