Error occurred while running GameGuard

Yesterday I downloaded Gameguard. It is successfully downloaded. It gives me an error message while I tried to run it and the error message you can see in the below attached image. Please help me to solve this message. I shall be thankful to you

GameGuard execute error: 361

Error occurred while running GameGuard. Please send *.erl files in GameGuard folder to [email protected] via email.

Error occurred while running GameGuard

 

Hi there,

            The common reasons of the game guard problem is the internet connection, game guard is not updated, firewalls and many more try to uncheck the proxy settings, it is in the part internet option then connection then uncheck it. Another solution I know is try uninstalling the software but backup the game patch before you uninstall the software and after the installation, paste the game patch to the patch directory. Hope it helps.

Error occurred while running GameGuard

Hello Matthew,

You see this error when it's not updated properly. You can troubleshoot to see what is causing the problem.

1. Check your proxy settings.

2. Make sure your antivirus is disabled during the upgrade or installation.

3. Disable your firewall until it's updated properly.

4. Check your internet connection.

If this does not help, please see the video tutorial to remove the error.
