Difficulties in using Internet Explorer

Hi everyone ,

I am having difficulties in using Internet Explorer to access my domain. I tried using Mozilla Firefox and its working perfectly. I am trying to fix the issue but I don’t know where to start. Please provide me a step by step solution for this one or do I need to setup something on my IE?Please help

Difficulties in using Internet Explorer

Hello Opaker,

Have you configured the proxy settings in your internet explorer such that they are like those in the Firefox browser, because if they are differing then that could be the possible cause of the problem. Use the following procedure to configure the proxy settings in the IE browser:

• In the menu bar of the IE browser, click on tools then Internet Options.
• Click on the advanced tab in the box that will show up and then click on network, then settings.
• Compare the proxy settings in Firefox and internet explorer. If there is any difference, change them accordingly.
• Try using Internet Explorer again and see if it works fine.
