Printer Epson Stylus C90 on resume button is light indicator always red

My problem on my printer is on resume button the light indicator is always red then what ever I do press the button because i think maybe is just to be resume what was printed later.

but still not working. what should I do with it. i need to use the printer badly. Here is the Brand and Model EPSON STYLUS C90.

I hope you guy's can solve this problem.

Hello Dear,

Please follow the steps:

1. Sometimes it occurs that old cartridge replaced by the new one varied with chip configuration causes this problem. So, we can say it as a hardware problem.

2. To match with it, you may have to insert it again and again.

3. This may prove helpful .

4. When replacing the new one, do not touch the chip with your hand. Try to keep it clean.

5. You put the printer idle so long without printing any page.

 You fill the cartridge after finishes all of its previous ink.
