PC clean up-used hidden files

Yesterday I was cleaning out my pc of random unused files. I went into file settings and turned on the hidden file option. Then I noticed that there were thousands of duplicate hidden files and I did not know how it got there. Is it safe to delete those files?

PC clean up-used hidden files

To safely clean duplicate files, download tune up utilities>install it>run a complete scan of the computer. The software should be able to identify junk files and duplicate files that should be delete. Select the fix now option and the utilities software will safely clean the duplicate files.
