What are the ways for zero fill USB formatting?

What are the ways for zero fill USB formatting?

Zero formatting is a method of erasing or deleting all of the files in a storage device. Zero formatting wipes the storage drive, overwrites the deleted data with a series of zeroes and then wipes the drive again. Zero-fill formatting is typically done to hard-disc drives, but flash drives can also benefit from the method.Always remember that you must  back up your data first before formatting your device.
