Hi,

My 8GB HP pen drive was working perfectly. I tried to use it on a friend’s laptop, But it did not get detected. Then I attached it again with my computer, where he got detected but disk not found. I am looking for the way to fix it. I found some utilities and software on the internet when I searched the term hp pen repair. I don’t know which is best, and which one can resolve my problem. If you are an expert and already repaired your HP pen drive, then share the information with me how you repair your device. I hope I will not need to purchase new one.

Your USB is infected by virus when you try to use it on your friend laptop. You can try following solutions to fix it.
01- Try to use your USB on another laptop or PC that has updated antivirus and scan it.
02- If you have not important data on your USB, format it, after formatting your USB will work correctly, first try to format it by using Window if it not work, download HP USB Disk format software from the given link and format it.
