Is it true we may not be able to access the TV Shows magazines and other stuff for non residents of US ? How can we access those ?

Google Nexus 7 is a custom build version. So the system has some features locked for certain regions of the world. Hence, you better check the features depending on your area to go for the best option according to your requirement and current location.
