Impact of battery pull on mobile phone

Is a battery pull harmful for your phone? I just purchase a Sony xperia phone and I am experience some serious lag issues. There is a lot of Sony bloatware on the phone which I want to get rid of. Is there any way to do this? Also given that the battery is embedded, I cannot perform a battery pull when it gets stuck. What can I do?

It is very harmful for your mobile phone as well as battery when it has built in battery. Most of the Sony Xperia phone battery is built in, So they are also paving the alternative way to solve the phone hanging program. If your Xperia get hanged you can recover it very easily without pull out the battery. Just press your power button, volume up key and volume down key at a time and hold it for a few seconds. Your phone will restart automatically. It's simple.
