My incoming Emails are filtered from a certain dormain

I have an outlook smtp account and I have configured it using the default settings, however recently I had a problem where I only receive selective emails from a certain domain, what could be the problem? I have checked my domain black listing filter but this is not the problem? What filter could be running and stopping my incoming emails? How can I stop this?
