Problems with Windows server 2008 х64

Hi! I have the following problems with Windows Server 2008 (x64): when I try to open printer properties it shows error message about connection problems, then when I try the second time, everything is fine. Same thing happened with Control Panel, the first time it always says that I don't have enough rights and the second time it opens good. It happens with different programs and utilities in system, please assist.

HELLO

 

The Microsoft web is very powerful platform tool, Server and technology. Windows server 2008 and window server 2008 R2 are available in different different editions to support in different server.

Now  there are following requirement for that

Hardware Requirements

Processor: Processor is used for the processor cores and size of the processor cache.

Min. 1 GHz (for x64 processor)

Recommended: 2 GHz or may be more faster

You need Ram as minimum 512 MB

Recommended: 2 GB 

Disk space  requirement is  minimum 10 GB and Recommended as 40 GB.

You need DVD-ROM drive

Higher -resolution monitor, keyboard and mouse

 

After that you need to installs server core option

After that windows configure windows server setup is installed and you will get prompt as finished.
