I’m planning to buy a tv tuner. At the same time thinking about whether there is a program to stream tv tuner. Need some suggestions guys. Hope you can help me get with this. Thanks.

There are host of many TV Tuner card available in the market, Through you can watch TV channels and download the videos on the computer's Hard Disk Drive, There are few paid software are also available on the internet, But I suggest you to go and buy TV Tuner card, Because The software version of the TV Tuner card is still under development phase, Now below are the links from where you can purchase it

Suggest a program to stream tv tuner

There are a few solutions for streaming live video from a camcorder, webcam, or TV tuner throughout a network, or via the internet.  One of the most popular is an Open Source program called VideoLan from VLC.  The program also supports DVD, and various media file extensions such as MP4, and AVI formats.  I have included a link to the Open Source project.
