How to delete the URL inside the address bar of IE?

How can I remove a particular web  address (URL) from the drop down of the  Internet Explorer,  or from any internet browser?

How to delete the URL inside the address bar of IE?

You can remove it by clearing history. To give you the  most specific answer to your question,  I need more information.

If you are using Firebox Browser,  go to tools > options and>  go to privacy tab.   Then from there,  select never remember history. If you want to clear your current session,  just go to tools and then select "clear recent history" menu item.

If you are using Internet Explorer (IE)go  to tools > internet Options >.   From General tab,  click on delete button in browsing history section.  When you are surfing Internet you can always use Private browsing session so that your computer will not keep any track of the sites you visited. If you use private browsing,  you don't need to clear browsing history every time you use.
