What is the easiest way to design a webpage in 1hour? The webpage must be secure and also hosted by a web-hosting company. How can I get this done? What tools can accomplish this objective? I heard it can be done in Joomla but I have no experience of using Joomla. How long does it take to learn the basics of Joomla? How do I include security features on the website once I finish writing the codes?

You will have to host your site, hosting provider will not host it for you. “Wordpress” is most suitable and easy to use tool for developing web pages. It is an open source tool used for designing web pages. Joomla is also one of the tools for designing web pages. There is one web hosting services called “Wordpress site/blog” which you can buy from godaddy.com. It will give you hosted wordpress and you will have to design the web page as the way you want. Learning wordpress is very easy and simple.
