How to unlock my S2?forgot password key?

Hi guys,

I forgot my Samsung Galaxy S2 password ad I'm unable to unlock it now. What shall I do to unlock my mobile now please tell me. S it possible to unlock this smartphone now or will I need to contact support for help and also will wiping of the mobile data will help in any way to this please let me know.

How to unlock my S2?forgot password key?

Hello,

Password is stored inside the phone’s memory. Unless you match the password, you won’t be able to get your phone back.

In order to remove the password, you should give a hard reset. It will take the phone to the original factory state. No data will be available if those are on phone’s internal storage.

1. Shut down the POWER OFF, bring the battery outside and put it back again to its place.

2. Grip the “Volume Down” button.

3. Momentarily, press and release the “Power” button.

4. From the appearing menu, select “Clear Storage” by pressing “Volume Down” button.

5. Press and release the “Power” button to select the option.

6. For confirmation, press “Volume Up” for positive and “Volume Down” for negative answer.

Now, wait until the process finishes. Your phone is on its child age and needs to be customized manually.

Step 1 : Firstly, strike "Forgot Password" button on the screen of the device.
