How to apply yahoo sniffer on ISA server ?

We have a company and we have to chat regularly with our clients. We are searching for a tool which can capture those conversations. Yahoo sniffer is an effective tool for this purpose. But we need to apply yahoo sniffer on ISA server. How can we do it? Anyone have any idea ?

How to apply yahoo sniffer on ISA server ?

Yahoo sniffer is definitely useful for your requirement. It’s really possible to apply yahoo sniffer on ISA server. There are many ways to use it, but as per my concern I prefer most easiest one, software help. No need of maintenance. Use network monitor tool. How to apply yahoo sniffer on ISA server ?

Hello,

Using a sniffer on ISA Server will enable you to control the user access to certain applications or deny the user access.  For example you could capture conversations, block users from using free email services and you could also disable ILLEGAL downloads. 

You can use Ethreal to achieve your goal. You can setup yahoo sniffer on the ISA server and this site provides diagrams to help you with the Network setup. There are 3 options and you can choose the one that suits your needs. The diagram below is for the first option.
