Kit office mobile blackberry not detected

I recently purchased an older version of  Blackberry Bold. 

I'm trying to set up Mobile Broadband Connect so I could also use it as a modem. 

I installed Kit office mobile blackberry in my PC, but it cannot detect my phone. 

Do I need to update the version of my phone?

Reinstall the application should also help you. Upgrade you Blackberry if there is an update available.

If you have done everything, consider to connect through the Blackberry desktop software. you can download it from here

Follow the next steps to connect to the internet with your Blackberry.

1. Click on Mobile internet.

2. Click on Configuration.

3. Choose your country, and put you carrier`s internet settings(APN) in.

4. This window will come just to remind you of additional data charges, press connect.

5. Connection is made
