800f0826 Error Occurred With The Windows Product Key

When the user tries to upgrade to the new Windows, then the error 800f0826 displays. Windows is unable to reach the company’s activation service. 800f0826 error code indicates that the Key Management Service cannot be contracted during the activation procedure. The methods to fix the 800f0826 error code are as follows:

Method 1:

Change Key using the activation wizard.

Step 1: Hold Windows Key+ R and type ‘slui 4’ then press Enter.
Step 2: Now, hold Windows Key+ S to open settings.
Step 3: Select Update & security and click on Activation.
Step 4: The user will receive an option to Activate by phone.
Step 5: Start the Product Activation Wizard.
Step 6: Open the charms menu and select Settings.
Step 7: Go to Change PC Settings and click on Activate Windows.

Restart the system and perform your task.
