Date of release of Sony Unveils 4K Home Cinema Projector

Sony is releasing a new projector that will cost approximately 16,790 pounds or $26000; the VW1000ES will beam a cinema size image onto your wall at the same resolution as your local multiplex. Sony has quadrupled the figure from 1920*1080 to 4096*2160 matching it to the professional theater.

The new Sony projector is said to be released within the few weeks. The VPL-VW1000ES produces 200 ANSI-lumens of brightness along with a very impressive 1000000:1 contrast ratio and will have an expected lifespan of between 2000 and 2500 hours. It will also support 3D content and will feature two HDMI inputs i.e. an analog component, mini D sub port and Ethernet connection as well.
