Hello.

I work at the HR department in my company. I also share my work with one of my colleague. We often get to work on the same document where he carries forward from where I left.

Does Microsoft office 365 include any feature which can be helpful for both of us to work on the same documents?

Hello. Yes, It can help you in many ways. Microsoft office 365 includes Resume Reading Feature on word. It will bookmark your progress which can be shared over different devices. This is how the bookmark icon looks like-
