My Printer Driver Is Showing 0x000005b3 The Printer Driver Errors. Can It Be Corrected?

I’ve been looking into this for over a month, kindly help me out. I have a Windows 7 PC with updates.

When I am trying to add the network printer, both as a user and with my administrator account, in Devices and Printers -> Add Printer -> Network Printer, I get an error, “The operation could not be completed. Errors, 0x000005b3”.

After googling, I understood the errors, is related to what the driver is trying to display, but can’t due to changes in Win7. I’ve gone through all available but could not fix it.
