How To Solve Error 0x80010100 On Windows 10

I was one of the early upgrades to Windows 10 and therefore I have a lot of experience using this version of Microsoft’s operating system. Yesterday the system started throwing error 0x80010100 at me. I have never seen this error before. How do I get rid of it?
