I was one of the early upgrades to Windows 10 and therefore I have a lot of experience using this version of Microsoft’s operating system. Yesterday the system started throwing error 0x80010100 at me. I have never seen this error before. How do I get rid of it?
There are several reasons that can cause the system to throw the 0x80010100 error. This error occurs when the system is missing some essential system files or when these files are corrupt. This error can also occur due to the incomplete installation of a program.
To solve this error, you can take the aforementioned steps. First, try and reset the Windows Store Cache. Uninstall any damaged programs. Do a complete system scan for viruses and malware. Clear temp files. If all this doesn’t work, update your BIOS.
