What is the process to turn cd reader into writer?

I have to write some CDs. But I have only DVD player in my PC.

Is it possible to turn cd reader into a writer without changing the device?

Can you please help me to find out a way?

What is the process to turn cd reader into writer?

Hi Isabella, thanks for your query and I think I can be able to help you to the best of my knowledge.

I really don't think it is possible to change the cd reader into a cd writer without changing the device, you will need to purchase a cd or DVD writer at a nearest electronics shop to your place and change it with the other cd reader.

It is usually almost the same price with the CD reader, and you will only have to change the same cables and put them in similar positioning's.
