Hi experts. I have faced a serious error with my iPod Video. It was working fine, till I installed the new update. The update 7.4.2 was no problem, but when I updated it to 7.4.3,  it gave the error-69. After I received this error the whole song collection was wiped clean. Also, I got this error when the iPod was synching. Thank, and please help me with this.

Hi Chad Raymond,

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your iPod Video, the problem you are facing is indeed because of the update. You have some old files that are not compatible with the new version that is why you are getting an error-69. 

In order for you to resolve this, you would need to 1.) upgrade your itunes and 2.) upload the songs by batches. This way, you would be able to isolate the "bad" songs whilst still being able to maintain the rest. 

The second option would be to revert back to the previous version.
