The sender policy framework is an open standard used to prevent forgery of sender’s address by using a kind of technical method. It is used to protect the envelope sender’s address which is further used in delivery of required messages.The recipient of email must be able to configure sender policy framework in his DNS. In this case, a SPF record could not get established for a sender’s domain. Therefore the mail gets rejected by a recipient’s domain as the sender is not verified. Hope this helps.
