Garmin Nuvi 2797LMT won’t boot properly

I have a Garmin Nuvi 2797LMT and it will not turn on properly. It goes to the Garmin screen and stays there for a few seconds, then it flashes and reboots and goes into a loop. I hard reset the device, did a factory reset and nothing worked. I think it's a battery problem but any suggestion would be appreciated.

Inspect the device for physical damage: missing or loose parts, irregularities, cracks, melting, moisture, or discoloration. Listen for unusual sounds or behavior when the device is powered on. Acquire battery testing equipment and ensure that your battery is functioning properly. If all appear normal, attempt to update your device using your PC and WebUpdater software. If this does not work and your device is still under warranty, contact product support to obtain an RMA number and a dock number. Ship your device to the manufacturer for repair.
