I suggest you to get the ToobPlayer if you really want a reliable Flash Component. Features could be similar to other ‘Flash Component’ you know, but not with its customization.

 

This player has five (5) themes to select. It also allows you to play YouTube videos, and with mouse wheel support (especially for seeking) and volume control as well. There are also several resize modes for videos, which I’m sure the most from its features you could like. And yes, it’s free.
