Having problems with browsing in WinXP

Hello,

A new window starts but I get no search options in there, I cannot see the address bar.

I want to solve this problem without reinstalling Windows XP.

Is it possible?

Where can I find the search bar?

Need your help.

Having problems with browsing in WinXP

There are several ways on how to resolve issues with missing toolbars and menu bars on Internet Explorer when using Windows XP. 

One is to have it fixed automatically by using Fix this Problem Link and the other is by fixing it yourself. If you prefer fixing this issue by yourself you will need to go through several steps but you’ll have to be very careful as this procedure involves modifying the registry which if not done correctly will end up with serious problems. Thus, before you start with these steps it is important that you back up the registry to have it restored afterwards if additional errors occurred.

Hi Rexwald, 

It seems you have trouble browsing internet in Internet explorer, I can't specifically help you because you have not provided any vital information's such as your internet explorer versions and which OS you are using? 

Assuming that you are using Windows 7, Open internet explorer and then right click on the empty bar above and then you can select different options like menu bars, fav bar, command bar, status bar, and your other add-ons. You can enable or disable these toolbars from right clicking on the top.

I have inserted a snapshot which will help you:-

Try doing that, if that's not working then you don't have to reinstall Your whole operating system, just reinstall your internet explorer.
