Can anyone provide the solution for the Error I am getting in Microsoft Security Essentials?

Error:

Microsoft Security Essentials couldn't scan your computer

An unexpected problem occurred. Install any available updates, and then try to start the program again.

Microsoft Security Essentials gives errors

Hi,

Good day and It is sure that the problem you having is involved only with the software and not with the hardware.

As based on the error code that you got, you can easily know the description. That is why it has occurred and this issue mainly causes due to connectivity of internet.

So check once the configuration settings of your machine and check whether it is updated version or not. (I am sure it is not a updated version. )

If not updated kindly prefer to update it. So that all features will be supported and then you can easily handle and fix this issue. Thank you.

Microsoft Security Essentials gives errors

This problem occurs due to the software which you installed & for the update information in your pc. There is another reason behind this problem is your internet connection.
