Informatica sequence generator – workflow executed – failed

Can anybody help me how to fix my informatica generator setting? I made some modifications in the setting. Please look at the screenshots below for the details. I received some errors and tested workflow, it failed. I hope to get response from you guys. Thank you!

If this is the first time you encounter this error, try restarting the computer then try again. If still nothing happened on the next attempt, try uninstalling the program then check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system.

For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like Norton Utilities,

Norton SystemWorks, or PC Tools Performance Toolkit. After that, install the application again. Doing this will fix any corrupted files in the installation and will restore the settings back to default including some missing files. Try opening the program again.

You may also try upgrading the application if you are using an older version.
