I desire to try Microsoft Office outlook for my personal uses.

But I did not know how to work in the software.

For I need a central conception about the working process of the software.

This is now more vital for me.

Hi,

Microsoft Office Outlook is good for personal and business email management tool. This software has features and advantages compare to the older version of the email client.

Here are the features and benefits;

• Save time viewing, creating and managing email.
• Easier access to the right tools.
• Easy connect and up-to-date with people.
• Vital information can be accessed anytime, anywhere.

To add an account on Microsoft Office Outlook:

• Open Microsoft Outlook.
• Click on File in the upper left.
• Select info in the drop down and click on Add Account.
• Tick on email Account, type your Name, Email Address, Password and confirm it.
• Choose Manually configure server settings or additional server types, then click next.
• Tick on Interne Email and next.
• Select POP3 and server information for incoming and outgoing.
• Type your username and password then click next, Finish.

These steps should let you add an account on Microsoft Outlook.
