There were a lot of debates regarding this  subject. The images were considered fake, but  after a lot of arguments the latest image seems to be real according to all its features.

But again, there are a lot of people who don't agree that the leakage took place, and they bring a lot of reasons to that, among which is the form and color of the leaked image.

People think that the form of the leaked image is the same as Galaxy Player 4.2 has, and white color is also strange because Samsung recently didn't select this color for its latest gadgets.

There is a possibility that Samsung Galaxy S III will be white and looking exactly like Galaxy Player 4.2 but the chances are very small.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 is a 3G Smartphone operating on 2G and 3G network bands using GSM and HSPA technologies. It was unveiled to the public and released on May 2012 and now discontinued. It measures 136.6 x 70.6 x 8.6 millimeters and weighs 133 grams. It was built with a plastic body and uses micro-SIM card.

It has Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display with 16M colors at 720 x 1280 pixels screen resolution. It supports multi-touch protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 2 with TouchWiz UI. It runs on Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich upgradable to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean powered by Exynos 4412 Quad chipset, 1.4 GHz Quad-Core Cortex-A9 processor, and Mali-400MP4 GPU. It supports microSD expandable up to 64 GB.

It runs on 1 GB RAM with internal storage available in 16 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB capacities. The primary camera supports 8 megapixels (f/2.6, 1/3″) with LED flash and autofocus featuring geo-tagging, touch focus, and face and smile detection. It supports 1080p video recording at 30 fps. The secondary camera supports 1.9 megapixels (f/2.6) and 720p video recording at 30 fps.

It has 3.5-millimeter jack featuring active noise cancellation with dedicated mic; Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n with dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct, DLNA, and hotspot support; Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP, EDR, and aptX support; GPS with A-GPS and GLONASS support; NFC; stereo FM radio with RDS support; and microUSB 2.0 (MHL TV-out) with USB host support. It has built-in accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, and barometer sensors.

The pre-installed web browser supports HTML with Adobe Flash support. It runs on removable Li-Ion 2100 mAh battery with standby time up to 590 hours on 2G and 790 hours on 3G. Talk time is up to 21 hours 40 minutes on 2G and 11 hours 40 minutes on 3G.

It is available in pebble blue, marble white, amber brown, garnet red, sapphire black, titanium grey, and la fleur colors.
