Hi, Evffaisal.

I believe you are referring to running the game EA FIFA 09 for Windows PC in a windowed mode.
Perhaps you wish to play the game in a windowed mode to enable you to shift between windows.

Answer:

By default, most games runs in full-screen mode to take advantage of the best resolution and refresh rate the graphics/3D card could deliver.

You could press ALT+Enter simultaneously to toggle between full screen and windowed mode, although for some games, returning to full screen may cause corrupted graphics somehow. 

Alternatively, if you still wish to play the game in full screen but change to other program/application/windows, you could use the ALT+Tab key; 

on Microsoft Windows 7, you could browse through preview opened windows by pressing Windows+Tab key.
