Creating a new Shortcut key

Hello everyone!

I have been using MS Word for a long time already.

I already knew a lot of shortcut keys there but I have been wondering about this.

Could I create my own shortcut keys on MS Word?

If yes, How could I do it?

Creating a new Shortcut key

Yes, of course you can make hot keys or shortcut keys in the MS Word, you have to just make it sure that you are well aware with the knowledge in accordance with the creation of shortcut keys, keeping in view you have to remember commands after once you have fixed them though you have option to print a list of your all hot keys/short-cut keys at hand.

1- To assign a hot key or shortcut key for a stored action, click Tools\Customize\Customize Keyboard dialog box in the MENU and then click Keyboard at the bottom of the dialog window.

2- Look into the Category List and click Tools.

3- Examine the Command box and click Tools Revision Marks Accept Command.

4- Press New Shortcut Key box, enter the key combination that you want set and click the Assign button.

5- You can repeat these steps for Tools Revision Mark Reject Command.

6- To use newly created shortcut (combination or single) keys, the cursor must be active in a revision that you want to reject or accept.
