Features and Functions of Webmail Advanced Software

Hello Martha,

Webmail software is software that allows you to send emails from any desktop with internet access.  There are many advanced software options available to download applications onto your computer.  The benefits of this software would be that you do not have to actually go to the website to access your email.  For instance with Gmail you can use Microsoft Outlook to configure your mail to download to Outlook.  That way you would always have access to your emails from your desktop.
