Greetings to all I need to know About JavaScript

JavaScript is the scripting language of web. JS is used in millions of web pages to add functionality, forms and communication between servers.

JS works in all browsers i. e. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and Safari. Before using JS, you should have a basic knowledge of HTML.

Function / Use / Advantages of JS

1. JS had designed to add interactivity into HTML page.
2. JS is usually embedded directly into HTML page.
3. JS is an interpreted language.
4. There are no need to purchase a license for use of JS.
5. JS gives HTML designers a programming tool.
6. JS can put dynamic text into HTML pages.
7. JS can read and write HTML elements.
8. JS can be used to validate data.
9. JS can be used to detect the visitor's browser.
10. JS can be used to create cookies.

Hi, Java Script is a programming language for the web pages in the internet. It was developed under Netscape and was originally known as Live Script. It is also known as ECMA Script and also supports structured programming. It is mostly used for the words and statements in the webpage. Examples are like the semi colons, colons in the words in the webpage. It is useful in different ways;

1. It can change the website without reloading it when used with a server language and XML.
2. Its the one used to create applications for the website such as games, simple animations or forms.
3. Its the one used to play videos with flash players in many websites.
4. Java Script can be used to make a website look beautiful and attractive to visitors, one of the major advantages over other script programming languages.
5. Java Script can also be used to show images on slideshows or galleries in the particular webpage.
6. Java Script increases possibilities of a website.
