PC freezes with regular intervals without any application running

Hello,

My pc gets frozen without any reason. I have already run a full directory scan with my regularly updated anti-virus but it is no use. I cannot find any reason behind this. There is plenty of memory left so I am guessing it is not due to load either. Should someone know of this problem kindly inform me about this.

Hey Howel dinh!

Mostly the reason behind the freezing of windows is the shortage of RAM. The RAM you have installed on your computer is not enough capable to bear all the load. You have to install another RAM for your computer, so that the load divided in two RAMs.

Secondly, there are many processes in the computer that runs in background and we cannot see them. That can be also the reason of windows freezing every time. You have to open CTRL+ALT+DEL and open task Manager. Here click on Process Tabs and terminate all the process which you do not want to run in the background.

Hello, Dinh!
It might be due to any software which is not compatible with your system hardware. Check software which cause the system halt and uninstall it.
