Hi Experts,

While opening Photoshop CS4 running on my Windows 7 Ultimate, I received an error message. It is Photoshop.exe Application Error. It is indicating the error on 0x6963561b and 0x0000008c. However, I installed CS4 Creative Suite 4 on my machine. If you have any idea for the issue, please help.

Hi Janis Caldwell, 

Those errors occur when your hardware and software is not compatible or your software is not compatible with your OS. Do you have a video card installed on your PC? Photoshop CS4 require more graphics, installing a separate video card can help. Please check if your OS is running 64 or 32 bits so is your CS4. Make sure that both of them running either 64 or 32 bits.
