CCR vendor data application error

Hello everyone,

CCR, a very secure single repository of vendor data, application is displaying the error below when I launch it. I have tried accessing it several times with different browsers such as Mozilla and chrome but still having same problem. Please help.

An error has occurred, as described here

(session:1016,3260) You don’t have sufficient permission to perform this action, see your Administrator (3260)

CCR vendor data application error

Good day. The problem with that is there might be a previous action that must have caused that problem now. To resolve this issue, try to clear browser histories, caches and cookies so as to clear all the previous activity that is done by the browser that is related to the CCR Application.

To do that, you can go to the browser’s setting, look for internet options and then select to clear histories, caches and cookies. If the problem still persists, restart your machine and run the application again.
