Hi maddox

Your Zune software may need to upgrade to run next. this means during the downloading time you have to install the new version on your system basic. To genuine files can solve your problem. you just go to the web and new version levels will set on your using media.

If you want to fix without new version then try to download from original downloader. you have to leave sync from your used. First you erased the unnecessary files from your drive. Cause from downloading you may need lots of space to save. Short of drive space should fall your work.

Thanks

Hi!

Here I am to provide you with additional solution or option in order to solve your problem.

Firstly, your problem might be because of old version of Windows Media Player. All you need to do is upgrading your Windows Media Player version 12. You just visit the Windows Media Player site and just click on Download button that appeared.

Otherwise if you are unsure what is the cause of your problem, you just need to troubleshoot the playback by using ffdshow. Then, you must get the secret key. This is simply done when you download the GSpot Coded Tool. Install and open it. Next, you must look on the code of FourCC.

That's all, hopefully you can solve your problem.
